Mr. Mandal had career spanning over 30 years in the industry and had worked with Industrial leaders in the field of air- conditioning in different capacities in marketing, projects and was heading an air-conditioning / air-distribution prior to taking lead role in ROLEX as director. His experience extends to design and execution of large scale installations using fixed and variable refrigerant flow, central chilled water systems and heating applications across India.
